Q: The goLightly does not turn on
- First, make sure the On/Off switch in the back is turned to ON. Nothing works unless that switch is in the On position
- If this is your first time using the goLightly and there is no power charge for at least 2 hours. You should see the blue charging lights flashing
- If the goLightly still does not turn on, contact us for Warranty Replacemen
Q: Can I use the goLightly will it is plugged into an external power source
A. Of course. It can be used either plugged on or the internal rechargeable battery
Q: What cell phones can I charge with the goLightly?
A: As of Fall 2023, the wireless charging pad is compatible with all late model cell phones. If your phone still does not charge, you can still use the USB charging port.
