Q: The goLightly does not turn on

  1. First, make sure the On/Off switch in the back is turned to ON.  Nothing works unless that switch is in the On position
  2. If this is your first time using the goLightly and there is no power charge for at least 2 hours. You should see the blue charging lights flashing
  3. If the goLightly still does not turn on, contact us for Warranty Replacemen

Q: Can I use the goLightly will it is plugged into an external power source

A. Of course.  It can be used either plugged on or the internal rechargeable battery

 

Q: What cell phones can I charge with the goLightly?

A:  As of Fall 2023, the wireless charging pad is compatible with all late model cell phones.  If your phone still does not charge, you can still use the USB charging port.
