Shipping Within the Continental U.S.
Shipping is calculated by dimensional size and weight of package, and postal code. We retain the right to alter the quoted shipping cost if it is calculated incorrectly. Currently our minimum shipping charge is $5.00 for First Class Mail. Your cost may be more depending on the ordered product/s* and postal code.
Delivery times are computed by US Business Days only, holidays and week-ends are not counted.
General Delivery Times are within the US are:
Standard Shipping (2-6 business days)
Two-Day Shipping (additional shipping costs will incur)
One-Day Shipping (additional shipping costs will incur)
We calculate international shipping and allow the customer to select her/his preferred method. Options offered include USPS Global Priority and UPS Ground, Two day or Next Day Delivery. (Depending on package size, weight and destination not all options are available). Delivery times are computed by business days only, holidays and week-ends are not counted.
For International addresses the following shipping options are available (not all options are available to all regions). You are responsible for any custom duties or import fees, with the exception of using UPS Worldship Expedited where brokerage fees are covered.
- Global Post Mail Intl – (For small packages only) 6 to 10 days / Insurance included.
- Priority Mail Intl – 6 to 10 days / Insurance included.
- United Parcel Worldship Expedited – (2 to 7 days) The customs brokerage fees are included with this option, duty fees are not.
We will not label product as “Gift”. International orders are listed as “Merchandise”.
Import duties, taxes and other charges by the destination country are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
All international packages are insured and offer tracking. We retain the right to alter them (in lesser or greater amounts when the product has been packed, weighed and your address entered into the shipping app.
Will I receive a tracking number when my order is shipped?
Yes. You will automatically be sent an email, showing your tracking number and method of shipping. Please track your box immediately to make sure we have the correct ship to address. If you do not receive an email showing tracking, please check your Spam folder in case it was sent there instead of to your Inbox. If you still cannot find it, you are welcome to contact us.
